SIX PROMOTIONS AT BDO NOVUS LIMITED
BDO Novus Limited, the locally
owned and managed firm of Chartered Accountants and Business Advisers,
has recently promoted six members of staff to board and management positions.
Richard Jackson and Justin Hallett have been promoted to Director whilst
Nick Le Huray and Nathan Hodder have become Senior Managers, and Ian
Laine and Jasma Shah have been appointed as Manager and Assistant Manager
respectively.

Richard and Justin joined the
firm on the same day in 1995, qualifying as Chartered Accountants in
1999 and 2001 respectively. Both of them are directors in the audit
department, each being responsible for a mixed client portfolio varying
from large trading businesses to closed and open ended investment funds.
Nick qualified as a Chartered Certified Accountant in 1996, joining
BDO Novus Limited in 2004. He is a Senior Manager in the audit department,
his portfolio being similar to that of Richard and Justin. Nathan joined
the firm from Elizabeth College in 1997, qualifying as a Chartered Certified
Accountant in 2002. He is responsible for a wide range of owner managed
businesses and charities, focussing on providing a "one stop shop"
for advice on many and varied matters affecting small to medium sized
businesses. Ian also joined the firm from Elizabeth College, this time
in 2000. He qualified as a Chartered Certified Accountant in 2004 and
works closely with Richard Jackson in the provision of services to his
portfolio of clients. Jasma qualified as a Certified Public Accountant
in Tanzania, joining the firm in July 2007. Her main responsibility
is that of managing the audit team for Justin's portfolio.
Announcing these appointments Paul Burnard,
Director of BDO Novus Limited, states "these appointments are in
response to the increasing growth being experienced by all areas of
our business and I am delighted that four of the promotions have been
achieved by staff who trained with the firm".
