NEW MANAGING DIRECTOR AT BDO NOVUS LIMITED
Richard Searle has been appointed as Managing Director of Chartered Accountants and Business Advisers BDO Novus Limited, in succession to Ian Damarell, who has stepped down after nine years in the post.
In accepting the appointment, Richard
paid tribute to Ian's considerable efforts in driving the firm forward
following its separation from the Reads Group (now Fortis) in 1999 stating
"I am pleased that Ian remains not only on the board as Finance
Director but also as a full time employee of the firm". In regard
to his new role, Richard states "the firm has experienced significant
growth in all areas of its business over the last few years. This brings
its own particular challenges in terms of resources and I look forward
to working with the great team we have at the firm to strengthening
our position in the market even further, and striving constantly to
provide the best service for our clients and development environment
for our staff".
